My name is Pascale SZTUM. In my blog I am sharing my experience and my expertise gained in living and working in different African countries. During 18 years, I have trained Africans and foreigners, done research with them, given recommendation to fix their problems, reflected and debated with them as well as with their foreign partners. I have been a guest speakers at numerous universities in Africa but also at various congresses in Europe. Besides I have socialized, made friends, and listened to countless stories about synergies and interactions between Africans and their foreign working partners.
I am a cross-cultural trainer who helps foreigners and Africans in making the best out of their work and social interactions.
